Members
are to call 1-888-233-5935 for assistance finding a dentist.
Doral Dental will be providing all routine dental services.
Inpatient and outpatient dental facility charges and related anesthesia
are the responsibility of VHP in coordination with Doral Dental. Dental
surgery performed in a hospital or surgery center requires prior authorization
by VHP.
To assist you in this process, VHP CommunityCare and Doral have each named a MCO/DBM Case Management Coordinator and an MCO/DBM Claims Coordinator, respectively. These staff will be able to respond to your needs pertaining to prior authorization, care coordination and continuity and coordination of benefits. Please note these contacts for future reference:
