| If you have an appointment with your doctor or dentist and need a ride: |
| If you cannot get to your VHP appointments, you may be able to get a ride. Non-emergency transportation is provided as necessary for members who do not have a way to get to providers for covered services. For transportation services call (615) 862-6630. A representative will talk with you. If you are eligible for transportation service they will arrange transportation for you. If possible, please call five days in advance to allow time to schedule the transportation. |
